All drivers must hold a valid driving license for at least 1 year. The driver must be at least 23 years old for car categories A, A1, B, B1, C, C1 and D. For all other categories, the driver must be at least 25 years old.
Yes, you may add an additional driver onto your rental agreement with no extra charge. This must be done at the time of rental. The additional driver must present a valid driving licence at time of rent. The additional driver must comply with age restrictions.
For rentals, upon pick up of the vehicle, Alfa will preauthorise an amount from the driver’s credit card card as a deposit for guarantee which will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided no other charges arise. Please note that the refund can take up to 30 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. The amount of the deposit varies according to the car group.
C.D.W. stands for collision damage waiver. With C.D.W. insurance you only have to pay an excess or deductible, different for each category.
At the end of the agreed rental period, Alfa allows a grace period of 3 hours free of charge after which the renter will be charged with a minimum of one full day rental.
In the case you return the car earlier than the agreed delivery date, there will be no refund.

Renters wishing to drive the car out of Greece must obtain the advance authorization of Alfa auto rent a car. Additional charge will be applied.
Damages caused to the underside of the car or to the tires are not covered by any waiver.
Bookings are subject to a specific car group, which includes several different car models with similar features. You can ask for a specific model during the pick-up, whether it is available.
With the option “Cash on delivery” the total amount of the rental is payable upon your arrival. With the option “Pay now” you get a discount for paying up front.
Alfa accepts: Visa, MasterCard,Maestro, American Express credit/debit cards and cash.
Upon successful completion of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email on the address you provided during your reservation.
You can cancel your reservation and get a full refund at least 30 days before the date of the pick up. For every other cancellation there is a fee of 20% of the rental cost.
All our rates include 200km free per day. For 4 days rental or more 2000-3000km free are included, depending on the category. In case the renter wishes to drive more then he will be charged with 10€/100km on top of the rental price.
